It's a pretty clean place with lovely views of both sunset and sunrise by the beach.

It was surely a very good stay as vacation. I loved the big size rooms. the staff was very caring. Booked a room with stunningly beautiful views of the ocean. the location was wonderful, not too far from a beachfront park. Wow! It was a pleasant surprize for us to find this little jewel. Design of the interior was wery pleasant, overall athmosphere very nice. And possibility to walk to the beach right out of your room!... Landskape, scenary, the sound of waves right outside your room... It definately exeeded our expectations. It's very romantic for honemooners and "lovebirds", and it's also family friendly - lots of activities for kids of different ages. Food is exelent, service is good, stuff efficient and professional. I'm looking forward to come back.

Not accesible without car/taxi. No much flexibility about extra person - even kids have to pay extra to stay in the room with adults.

This place may be a bit pricey, but it's in a great location and the staff are really welcoming.

We got upgraded to a better sea-facing room for free. The room was really nice and big and had a fridge-freezer, tv. The restaurant downstairs was really good although a little pricey (you get what you pay for). The neighbourhood was nice and the beach at the front of the hotel was also really nice. The staff were also very good.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms have very comfortable beds. The hotel is on one of thebest northern beaches we found. You are five minutes from shopping, dining, Old San Juan, and the rainforest. I loved this hotel. The only bad thing I could say would be no parking or elevator. I did'nt care about either of these things, as it all worked out, just had to have patience. We loved our stay and will be going back.

Noise carried through doors. In a nice gated community but surrounding area was run down.

Everything was perfect ...no problems at all, very friendly staff even gave me a free upgrade in room because it was available. Very affordable and nice beach kept pretty clean couldnt ask for more for the prive ...thanx will be back next year..............FERNANDO

The staff here is fantastic and the room is spacious with a balcony, AC, and complimentary breakfast, in a peaceful location with beautiful ocean views.

Excellent base for exploring San Juan. Nice hotel, the best 3 stars experience compared to other options. Clean rooms with a balcony with beautiful views. A 15-minute ride to the airport.

Fantastic service and staff. Gated beachside area, with easy access to restuarants, shopping and airport. We had a large room with an oceanview. Hotel was secure and comfortable. Not a commercial highrise.

The water pressure wasn't great, but that's probably more of a San Juan issue. Suggestions: Some immenities need updating (key system, door locks and room furniture) and the tree growth, although attractive, it blocked our ocean view from the room.

Ideal and clean hotel with a favorable location right in front of the beach. Extremely friendly and excellent staff made our stay very enjoyable. Nice building and rooms, with the added bonus of free breakfast included. An amazing bar located on site.

I loved the decor an ambiance of the hotel. Beautiful white and whicker compliments their collection of East Indian art and Brazilian music flows throughout the restaurant and bar. Right on the beach without over the top luxery, just simple classiness, compliments the natural beuaty of the beach perfectly. Service was wonderful, very accomodating.

I loved the hotel, but a few things are unpolished here, like a falling shower curtain and a raised drain. Just keep our eyes open especially if travelling with children as I was. But my daughter was welcomed warmly and loved jumping from beach chair to beach chair on the sand without anyone complaining.
